4 Ways to Have Boston’s Perfect Memorial Day

Posted by Lynch Pin on 05/24/16

Congratulations, residents of the Greater Boston Area! You’ve made it through another cold winter. With Memorial Day in sight, everyone’s favorite time of year is upon us once again.

Once things start to warm up, you would be hard pressed to find people happier than those in Massachusetts. Just a quick trip from an array of beaches, plenty to do in the beautiful city of Boston, pool parties and barbecues galore featuring that everlasting sunlight to keep you looking tan as hell — it’s truly a great place to be.

Naturally, Memorial Day is taken quite seriously around these parts. Marking the beginning of summer, it’s one of the most important holidays of the year. Everyone’s got big plans for the day. We hope you do too.

In the rare case that you don’t, here are a few things you can do this weekend around the area of the impending luxury apartments for rent at The Royal Belmont:

Head Downtown

Is there a more patriotic way to celebrate one of our nation’s most patriotic holidays than roaming the streets of America’s most historic and patriotic city? Unlikely.

In Boston, there will be plenty to do and see this upcoming weekend that will suit whatever your particular tastes may be. And for residents of Belmont, thank the Red Line for only leaving you a few stops away from downtown.

Beach Trip!

Perhaps the best part of being a resident of the greater area of a city on the coast is the proximity to a number of beaches where you can enjoy a relaxing day playing and laying in the sand.

In fact, no beach in this Guide to the Boston Area’s Best Beaches is more than just an hour from the location of The Royal Belmont. Many of them are actually much closer. Which destination is your favorite?

The Annual Town Belmont Memorial Day Parade

Now here’s some good clean fun the whole family can enjoy. There’s no Memorial Day in Belmont, Mass. without the annual Town of Belmont Memorial Day Parade! Featuring the marching bands of Belmont High and the Chenery Middle School, Color Guards of the local police department and more, the annual gettogether never fails to be a wonderful time. Plus, who doesn’t love parades?

BONUS: Grill it Out, Poolside (Soon enough)

Although The Royal Belmont will not be opening until later this summer, once it does, it will surely be the ultimate place to host an incredible outdoor, poolside barbecue on any type of occasion such as this one. This modern luxury apartment building in Belmont has all of the core components:

A heated pool, poolside grills, cabanas, great location with shuttle service to nearby transit, a clubhouse to rent out for parties and so much more.

While we’re very much looking forward to Memorial Day this weekend, we’re even more so looking forward to those of the future — at The Royal Belmont. Join us in the excitement and find the luxury apartment of your dreams today.
